Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.

  • Pros

  • It auto migrate the profile and very helpful in making database. The interface also looks good. It is very easy to understand and use. It is very good ATS for any beginner

  • This software has good job Boards and very easy to use and simple.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it gets difficult to upload few format of resumes however, this gets resolved quickly after taking assistance from the customer support

  • The only drawback of this ATS is that sometimes it shows irrelevant results and also a some filter functions took time to work. Although it is good and we can use it without even a training.
