All of it is amazing. #### Cons Sometimes when we setup dependencies on other task, it doesn't work as expected. Agents on available, ACW, hold, transferring, break, lunch etc. It is a full view for a manager and helpful tool to identify trend. #### Cons The option to request vacation and change breaks and lunches from agents side it doesn't work sometimes and it is an issue.
