Pros/Cons
Pros
- The platform has a very pleasing design, and they keep improving and adding new features which are very amazing and fun plus the support team has been great since the first contact.
- I love the simplicity and the clarity of the platform, the interface is so friendly and accesible.
- Overall, the implementation process was super fun, easy, and fast. The templates are well thought out so that communication with our employees can be conducted thoroughly and effectively.
Cons
- One major disadvantage from our perspective is that the offer can be made only for coporates although only 50% of the organization want to use it.
- The focus appears to be more short term than long term, understandably so given the limitations of the service offered by employer (limited sessions).
Pros
- Great service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT. I like the software for the easy use and for all the feature and the apps are a nice addition for my clients.
- Being able to save meals is great, especially when I have clients who eat the same meals a lot, or if I want to save a quick meal for my clients to have access too.
- Being able to adjust the app as we want and the ability to program for clients right in the app is awesome. We are getting great reviews from our clients.
Cons
- Then since day one we had problems with it, creating embarrassing problems to our new members.
- Also, their pay service integration sucks. It is very difficult to use them for bookkeeping and POS and I ended up just resorting to Square.
- Overall experience has been poor. There’s a lot of factors that go in to it being but the biggest thing is my doors not working.
