I love the way you can configure reports to suit your needs. Output is available in whatever office media you need for it to be.

It's been more than a year since our company has switched to Novatime and I think I finally have a good grasp on how it works.

Lack of flexibility in terms of different type of employee types (we run a gym where many different employees may have multiple job codes) makes it somewhat difficult to manage.

No matter how big your company is, NOVAtime is a great system that has a myriad of options to meet your needs.

Logging your comp time is a struggle at times as the process isn't intuitive and we don't do it too often to retain it in our memory.

This is a good system and when we bought it - reasonably priced. As I said we host in-house and I think they are getting away from that.

I track my leave accrual and hours. Leave requests auto populate to hourly tracking sheet.

Great overall experience. It integrates really well with our payroll and HR system.

I like thhat its very use to use so its easy to teach other team members.

Web based makes operation slow  and annoying to use during peak times. Also automatic log out is too short for all day use.

Tech support has always been very helpful, easy to work with and quick to respond. Relatively inexpensive, but you get what you pay for also.

The customer support is fantastic with NovaTime.

Leave Balance: Leave Balances are hard to understand for people who are new to the corporate world.

I've been using Novatime for the past 4 to 5 months now. It's loads pretty fast, however, after they added a few more tabs to it recently, it has slowed down a bit.

The ability to see when employees are clocked in and what time they clocked in. Also being able to set the schedule for future dates.

When having trouble logging in hours for a employee, the customer service two days to get resolved, in which all that needed to be done was add the employee to the database.

The clock in can be delayed or have glitches which creates frustration for our team.

The integration process was very easy from our old system into this system. They setup every thing for you and go over every detail of your business to make sure nothing is missed.

It's better than collecting payroll data manually.

So since there's no link, I have to enter all employee information into the payroll system, then into Novatime. Redundant work and time consuming.

The users are happy because they need go no further than their own computers to enter their time, and I don't have to hunt down their paperwork. Novatime has made my work life infinitely easier.

The interface can be confusing, especially because we don't use it daily.

Managers do not like to use it to create schedules which then results for more problems within out payroll function.

The implementation phase want rather seamlessly and the support staff was patient with us while we asked many questions and had them alter a variety of things.

The system has gone through several updates and the product we are using now is definitely more robust than what we had a year ago.

Easy To Use: Novatime is easy to use and configure according to the needs of an organization that chooses to use it's services.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Good Product With Good Algoritham. Provides Needful Tools To Analyse The Insights Also To Get A Good Understanding About Customer Expectations.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
