Very good, from the free trial, to getting set up it was a very easy and simple process, and customer service throughout has been great.

Pros:

It links very easily with our website, and allows us to control all adverts in one place. This consistency also ensures that candidates complete the key questions, which further helps with shortlisting, saving significant time. Its very user friendly, and setting up / editing jobs, setting up users has been a very simple process. It provides a clear snapshot of candidates, total hires, etc which is great for reporting.

Cons:

Whilst value for money on the existing job boards is good, it would be great to have the option to integrate further with other job boards (at the moment you can integrate, but you have to set up your own account etc, it would be easier if Occupop could also do this).

for the size of business we were 12 months ago, Occupop has done the job and is a easy to use system. With getting into more of an SME space, we need more in depth.

The over view capacity when it works people apply and when we respond they don't seem to get the notification and sending further documents is not user friendly for them, 9 out of 10 it fails

Cons:

We are not notified and therefore remain unsure as to knowing if the candidate got our response via occupop, we ultimately end up contacting them manually to know for sure.

Pros:

Occupop was a game changer for our business. We bought it a year ago and I couldn't be satisfied enough. It helped us to centralise the employee hiring processes, and be more efficient with communication and applicants and it saved a good amount of time for us to spend on other HR needs. The application is not overcrowded with uncessesary information or pictures for applicants and users. All our processes of attraction, recruitment and selection are managed through Occupop.

Cons:

I wouldn't see any limitations in the software. Some of the other ATS lets you be more creative on the careers website and post more information about the organisation.

The ability to custom the hiring workflow

Cons:

1) Once you reject an applicant it does not automatically navigate back to the specific job page/hiring flow. You are required to press back, it is slow to load (I have high speed internet). When going through hundreds of CVs its time wasting to have to navigate backward again and again. 2) Also, I would like to see more useful information in the summary view of a candidate's application without having to open it. For example, their location, a preview of their opening statement and perhaps the first line of their most recent work experience. This would allow me to reject unsuitable candidates without having to navigate into their CV page. #) The prompt to send a rejection email should be easy to switch on and off and I shouldn't have to select "do not send" candidate a message, or "reason for rejection" for every single rejection. Some applicants are completely unrelated to the role and do not warrant the effort it takes to give an explanation for rejection. Again, we have hundreds to get to.4) Finally, we have numerous rejected applicants reapply again and again. I have to navigate into the applicants CV and go to the "activity" section to confirm this. If they have previously been rejected - based on their email address perhaps - this should be clearly flagged without you having to open their application. Their previous application and date they were rejected should be clearly displayed beside their name

I must say that as well as having an amazing product the customer service within Occupop is absolutely fantastic. We have recently gotten a new account manager named \[sensitive content hidden\] and I must say she is absolutely fantastic!

Cons:

I think the one thing I would suggest would be the option to have some more personalisation on the dashboard. For example, removing the calendar and choosing what to replace this with however, having said this it is not a massive issue and I am sure if I reported it that the occupop team would do this for me.

Relatively easy to you, some very useful features such as interview scheduling, automated templates etc. which are all easy to use

Cons:

Missing some key features, such as ability to search through candidates with keywords, system can be slow moving between profiles, reporting needs improvement such as the ability to export reports etc.

Pros:

I like the bidding system where recruiters bid and pitch for your business. I ended up getting bids from smaller recruitment companies who were specialised in that area and you could tell from the effort they put into their pitch that they would work hard on your open positions.

If there was ever a 5 star service, this is it. I cannot recommend the service enough. I will use nothing other than BidRecruit for structuring our recruitment process moving forward.

Pros:

The usability of the system is second to none. The dashboards are informative, the navigation structure is sensible. The customisation of the hiring process makes it a breeze to qualify candidates, allow for management screening, organise interviews, etc. Essentially, the entire process from the publishing of ads to formalising recruitment can be done from this single platform. The recruitment agent marketplace is a remarkable addition to the basic functionality. We have used the latter to successfully recruit senior IT business leader profiles, while the basic functionality has been more than effective to generate candidates for less competitive areas.

Cons:

I had a little difficulty understanding the scoring mechanism for key qualification/screening questions, but after a minute or two the logic was sound.
