Taking away the 'opinion' of what Odro can do as a sales tool and to talk about its functionality, I think it's good, but could be great.

The quality is good and to have the ability to record and send conversations/ interviews is a great feature.

It helps separately yourself in the marketplace by having a separate approach - plus is a great tool for follow up on emails or previous phonecalls.

The ease of use is brilliant. I am not good with learning new technologies but this was so intuitive and a joy to use.

I think its really great and the customer and tech support is really great.

My inability to make the most of it due to hardware limitations on my end.

Some people have struggled getting connected to it, and sometimes there's audio problems. But that would all depend on the user using it.

The ease of use is brilliant and the analytics give a good indication of where the client is up to reviewing the submission.

Its been good and the help and service from the team has always been great.

I've really enjoyed using Odro, and absolutely will start to integrate it into my weekly work plan for sourcing new business and excellent candidates.

Ease of use on Linkedin, ability to attach files, rename and change details also really helps. Great for bulk adverts for jobs.

Connection problems a lot of the time, and a lot of clients find it difficult to buy into it due to me dealing with Sales people who what to meet people face to face.

It doesn't always work seemlessly and unless really pushed by a business, can be a struggle to get everyone on board.

My biggest problem with it got sorted, which was having to re-record after a screw up, can now just rewind.

Some clients struggle to access it due to security/virus software. Unable to add subtitles without further software.

I struggle with technology and always panic a bit when there is something new to learn.

Other suppliers work with us and so we feel part of something. Sadly this is not the case with Odro.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
