Employees of Harvard love it because they feel comfortable knowing they are interacting only with other work colleagues. It runs itself and I spend maybe an hour a week on any questions or requests. A newer feature, Spaces, is similar to Facebook groups, but the groups' default setting is to expire after a few months.
