What is Onboard?

Onboard is a customer onboarding solution that helps businesses organize the onboarding process, leverage variable attributes to easily create dynamic launch plans (MAPs), and provide 360-degree stakeholder visibility (internally and externally). External stakeholders can access tasks using a magic link (no login required). An Onboard Supporter!

My overall experience with Onboard has been fantastic and I am a big fan. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been thoroughly engaged, and is always available to help me with everything needed. I recommend the product and the team.

Pros

I really appreciate the fact that you can customize the customer journey, and have access to a great team at onboard, where your recommendations/feedback are implemented and/or added to their roadmap. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is awesome to work with and really listens/tailors to our needs and requests.

Cons

No cons yet... they're still in early access mode, but make are constantly making feature updates quickly and efficiently. I really look forward to seeing their upcoming product releases!
