OnePoint was upfront with us about what it could do and what it couldn't do. We were able to configure the product to our needs as opposed to having to do it their way and their way only. The staff is very helpful. #### Cons We wanted to have our employees clock into a clock that took their temp before they actually clocked in, however this is on their road map. I like that the clock is a "smart" clock and can ask questions to our employees after the first punch. #### Reasons for choosing ONEHCM We wanted to feel like we mattered to the company we worked for. OnePoint went over and above to make us feel like we were more than a number during the sales process and the handoff from our sales rep to Service was great. The mobile app works pretty well which makes filling out information easy when you don't have access to a computer.
