My overall experience with Onpay has been wonderful. I sought a payroll software with flexible options for integrating with QBO, and by far, Onpay has the best integration options.

The scheduled pay run doesn’t update as processed on the dashboard or advance to the next run right away. I have an employee that has a monthly deduction that I have to turn on and off.

Anytime there has been any issues, the support staff is very responsive and quickly resolves them.

All feature are very useful and it fully integrates with tsheets and quick books which is good thing.

What I like most about the software is the ease ofnavigation. Being able toggle between areas is helpful to verifying information.

Customer service is outstanding. They have been terrific at walking me through the process and resolving any issues I’ve ever had.

They also are constantly changing the product which often leads to bugs in the product or worse data loss.

It’s the most expensive tool we considered. The interface is a bit boring compared to many newer platforms.

The Google Sheets API is wonderful. I love that you can flow data into sheets automatically.

It can be a little confusing figuring out how to build survey at first. Have hard time remembering where to edit text.

SurveyGizmo makes it easy to create surveys that look clean and professional. The platform is very intuitive and has many great features.

It blends in in our workflow: the solution is flexible, although you can use it to send emails, we use Mailchimp for mails but it is easy to have both communicate.
