I would give it a 5 but I don’t want to let them plateau. #### Cons I honestly don’t dislike anything about it. It works well, it’s easy to use and it makes sense. Support is good and responsive, just need to wait over night as the time difference #### Cons It's slow!! takes about 2 minutes to clock out per person. It doesn't show who is clocked in in the mornings (about lunchtime, it catches up), as your servers can't handle the Australian time zone. #### Reasons for switching to OnTheClock Empower did heaps more, was really good, but just to monitor time punches, it became too costly #### Vendor response Tony, thank you for taking the time to leave this honest feedback. I have also used Paylocity as an RBT and appreciate being able to correct or submit missed punches more easily. The interface is simple and generally works well for tracking work hours. #### Cons I did not like being unable to clock out when outside of the designated location. As an RBT, workdays can involve moving between clients and locations, so it can be easy to forget to clock out during a busy transition.
