Pros/Cons
Pros
- I really like the ability to easily create a routine for accessing performance with employees. Also, the ability to extend to more members on your team to evaluate someone is great.
- I am satisfied with the usage and current features. I have included some suggestions in the "Cons" section which I think would be helpful to increase the ease of usability.
- The software provides an excellent opportunity for supervisor/employee interaction and communication.
Cons
- At times the software would have problems loading so there was an occasional lagging when navigating tabs.
- Editing of goals and responsibilities after they were added was confusing.
- As a manager, I have no option to view all the goals in a glance and no option to approve all the goals of a particular resource.
Pros
- I like how easy it is to find and verify my own employment/benefit/pay information, and the org chart has been super useful as a new employee at my current company.
- The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.
- It has help keep organization a top priority, while being easy to use. Additionally, Customer Support is not only very helpful but always readily available.
Cons
- I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.
- The only problem I have is going back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.
- This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.
