Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

Our company switched platforms from Zenefits to Paycom and I've been extremely dissatisfied with the new program.

THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

Paycom is a powerful yet very easy-to-use software. Their customer service is THE BEST.

Paycom is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and the customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable.

I like how easy it is to find and verify my own employment/benefit/pay information, and the org chart has been super useful as a new employee at my current company.

I can easily track what paperwork has been completed and what is outstanding.

The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.

It has help keep organization a top priority, while being easy to use. Additionally, Customer Support is not only very helpful but always readily available.

Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.

It was a way to integrate our HR experience and it's done that job effectively.

Better than paper checks and no web archive, but improving the intuitiveness Of it would be great.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

Paycom pays their sales team and integrations people based on the success of the company they are selling to.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

This is probably the best single-use/integrated HR-related platform that I have used, especially regarding how far-encompassing it is.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.
