Just Wow!!! It;s very user friendly & robust. All of our Employee liked it very much.

Very user friendly and we can have all the basic details of us and even with trial version they are providing Check in out to capture attendance also can apply leave to get approval.

The leave request menu in the client side interface is quite ambiguous and can take a while to get used to. Also, the leave request days are ambiguous as they are clocked in decimaled minutes.

Good for small scale project managment companies.

Excellent System, this is good for basic record keeping for the start up business. Hoping this is FREE forever.

A good platform that does it's job but it could use some improvement, especially on the UI part.

A nice Open Source HRM tool with rich features included. Best suited for startup companies.

With the paid version we are only able to export timecards by person rather than in a batch for everyone. Employees are frustrated trying to track their hours throughout the week.

Excellent management information, it's easy to use. Software functionality is great as wells as its cost, it bring you good tools to improve the development and selection of personnel in your company.

Customer services is very good quality. Every one easy to learn and understood this software, it is one of the good management software.

Leave entitlements are wrong, adding employees is hard, does not automatically update itself. Only few admins can use.

As mentioned above, my only problem with Pingboard is the limited sorting capabilities.

The org chart visualization is absolutely great and considering how fast it loads, I love referring back to it all the time. Integration with Google Calendar is great.

It is prevalent that I know this stuff and Pingboard has been great in helping me keep it straight.

I like that I can quickly and easily find other employees in my organization and also view the graphical org chart to see where people fit into the hierarchy of the business.

Couldn't find a way to see the remaining vacation days. No custom/additional status for out of office.

Both the desktop and app versions work amazingly well. I especially like the guess the name game on the app -- such a novel and fun idea.

The worst part I think is how the overall org chart focuses in and out. That can be difficult to navigate.

The few times that I've contacted their support team, the responses have been quick and effective.

I love the integration with Slack, too. It's also nice to see the org chart in case you need to see how someone fits into the company.

Layout is customer friendly, you can either drag and drop to make your own or use a template. Best thing for us is that the software is free for the amount of employees we have (less than 50).

I'm always surprised by how fast and responsive everything it. Also, they have great developer support, so there is a rich integration environment growing.

If you make a mistake it is all lost and you can start over again. There is no simple undo button.

This product is a great out-of-the-box solution that allows our employees to view our ever-changing org chart. Very easy to use and better than our intranet that was previously being used.

The Google Calendar integration is immensely helpful as well.

I love the ability to immediately find a number to contact who i am looking for. Having a phone number business and cell is a great.

The ability to see my coworker directory at a glance is a huge benefit, and the vacation board feature is really helpful day-to-day as well.

The ability to manage the TO for a dynamic organization. The ease with which you can integrate new team members into an existing workforce.

We have a closer community as a company thanks to the software.

There a few seconds of lag time when expanding a section of the organization chart. Full employee directory does not have a column for location or department, thus could not sort via those parameters.

Works well for what it is. You can make a good looking chart with not a lot of effort.

Pingboard is super organized, easy to use, great value for the cost. You can use it with Google Cal.

This is costly if noone updates this so only if you spend the time on the system, you will get out the most out of it.
