Because OrganizeYourPeople is cloud-based, users and employees can access the system from anywhere. Employees can check schedules, benefits, policies, procedures and certifications, plus they can submit timesheets, change profile information and work on goals and performance reviews.

OrganizeYourPeople has a company calendar, where users can see what’s going on in and out of the office. This solution can be synced with Outlook, Gmail, iCal and other calendar clients and company-wide news and announcements can be sent automatically.

OrganizeYourPeople also offers a reporting module, where users can track goals, certifications, vacation time and timesheets. Employees can clock in and out directly in the solution.
