Very good customer experience thanks to a complex and feedback culture values focused implementation support.
PROSThe software is complex, intuitive, easy to use. It offers many connected elements, so it can be tailored for the company's current needs and broadened if needed. The service and consulting around the sfotware is hihgly professional and focused around core feedback values, which makes it a complete service (not only software).
CONSTiny incosistencies in terminology in dashbord elements descriptions - we reported that to Ostendi and it was immediately fixed, wchich in fact made it another positive side of working with the provider.

Intuitive and easy to use
The system is very intuitive and easy to administer. It provides all functionalities to run 360 or other feedback processes smoothly on a global scale (multi language tool). Ostendi company listens to the voice of customer to constantly improve the platform.

Very intuitive, user-friendly interface, reasonavble price and high level of customer support
PROSOstendi Competences Feedback includes dictionaries with ready-made templates: rating scales, competencies and assigned questions and statements which makes it easy to create a questionnaire for the survey. At each stage of implementation, I have the ability to view the statistics of the project, the content of the reports can be easily customized
