OstendiHR Platform - "a solution that supports business objectives."

I've had a positive experience with Ostendi, and I highly recommend using the platform

I am incredibly pleased with my experience using the Ostendi platform. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and access the features I need. The variety of tools and resources available have greatly streamlined my workflow. The generated reports are not only detailed but also presented in a clear and user-friendly manner. The communication with the Ostendi team is fast and accessible. The consultants at Ostendi have consistently provided invaluable support whenever I have had technical or substantive questions related to the tools we use.

Why do we use Ostendi?

I am very grateful for the help of Ostendi consultants in carrying out the first assessment.

PROS

Employee evaluations are the main purpose of using the Ostendi tool in our company. I like that making the assessments by managers is easy. A valuable report is generated, on the basis of which managers can conduct development talks with employee.Periodic use of employee evaluation allows managers to plan an employee's development and monitor his or her progress. Additionally, they have space to talk freely about the goals to be achieved and they can go back to the assessment results in Ostendi, e.g. from last year.An advantage of Ostendi is that you can ask specific questions, which are truly important for your organization.

CONS

From the technical side, I needed the support of Ostendi consultants for the first time, because creating a form and a mailing list in the system was not intuitive. However, thanks to great help, everything worked out!

PROS

The user experience is very intuitive when it comes to the whole system and understanding what each module stands for. The fact that is't being constantly updated and most of those updates are useful to the user. Possibility to download multiple reports at once.

CONS

Lack of possibility to assign questions to only some people within the whole evaluated group (the fact that I need to create a new project for each employee group if I want to change one question out of 30). Some spelling mistakes and weird words being used (suggesting direct translation from Polish) when using the system in English.
