The transition was so smooth and every employee felt confident with the app and additional benefits they will now receive (advance pay, donation options etc). Paycaptain catered to all our needs and more and is such a relief to have our payroll with them. The app interface is modern, simple and engaging. Cons: I'm honestly struggling to come up with anything I don't like about the software. I think an early problem for me was that it wasn't easy to download 'paper' payslips in PDF format but I understand that is all possible now.
