Best way to manage pay and hours!

Overall my experience has been amazing. Easy to use, great customer support when needed. It makes clocking in and out and managing paystubs a breeze.

Pros:

Do easy to use. Keeps track of all your important job information. Makes clocking in and out a breeze. Gives you the option to check and be sure your hours are correct and let your management know if they are not. Definitely worth the costs. Also keeps a detailed list of members of your company do you can communicate directly easily.

Cons:

The only issue I have had is a bug that keeps clicking me out around lunch. So I often have to have management go in and correct my hours.

Cons:

Lack of robust features that would help me expand my business if needed but in reality it was perfect for my size business.

really intuitive UI in both Web and mobile versions which allows employees to manage their interests by themselves

Cons:

For advanced functionalities it requires too much of training and KT specially for HR modules which leads into some delays at initial stages

Paychex [can] Flex!

It's nice to have everything right in my phone and get it when I need and want it. The layout is nice and nothing is complicated. More so, Paychex Flex offers documentation via PDF that is ready to print, analytics and more. Having used it both as an admin and also as an employee, it has been a positive experience.

Pros:

Ease of use was the first and best thing I liked about Paychex Flex. In addition, having access to paystubs and being able to update any changes to my address were great to do right away when needed. Analytics

Cons:

On occasion, there were troubles logging in, but time was not pressing and they agents were able to assist when they could. The internal "report" system is great for people that know when there really is an issue... however when you have mostly college age kids working, they tend to report arbitrary things and it can swamp with alerts. But still a cool feature that is included internally!

Integrated system through app/browser. Higher ease of use and more options that seemed to streamline more efficiently.

There is an ease of use and a good value. I like the way the user interface looks. It's easy to navigate.

Cons:

customer support can be slow, but I feel that you find that anywhere. There was no international payroll options that we were given, which is something that we need.

It is very easy to use, and you can customize your dashboard. It is so easy to view my hours and paycheck stubs.

Cons:

There is nothing that I do not like about Paycheck Flex. I prefer it to other time keeping programs that I have used.

I like that i can see the hours i am working in real time. so that I can directly see what i am going to be paid for that week.

i don't like how you cannot sign in or check in from your phone, you have to either log in on computer or physical box in spa.

I was on the receiving end of this product when my job was allowing us to clock in and pay us through this software and it was very easy to see my paystubs.

Cons:

I haven’t really done enough with this product to truthfully have a problem with any component of this product.
