Great Experience!

Overall, I had an amazing experience with Paychex. Although I am a self-learner, I felt confident the entire time that if needed, customer service would be there to help.

The ease of use, great communication, great customer support and overall, a great tool to get all HR duties completed in an efficient yet user friendly manner.

Cons:

Don't have any at the moment. Every feature that I need has been fulfilled in this application as well as great reporting.

Paychex Flex

We love the features in Flex and it is fairly easy to use once you are trained. With employees coming and going we need a provider with an easy learning curve.

Pros:

Good customer support and dedicated rep. Payroll is easy to use and the time keeping is nice for our employees with the app. It is a good value for the money because we are a non-profit and they give us a nice discount.

Cons:

Reporting could be a bit better but they work with you to customize if you need that. We do get new reps quite often but the are always a phone call or e-mail away when needed fast during payroll.

Reasons for switching to Paychex Flex

We switched years ago to make sure we were compliant in every aspect of payroll and our business grew into a new building with many more employees.

really intuitive UI in both Web and mobile versions which allows employees to manage their interests by themselves

Cons:

For advanced functionalities it requires too much of training and KT specially for HR modules which leads into some delays at initial stages

I think Paychex Flex is a great product. The navigation pane is organized well and easy to use. I enjoy using this product.

Pros:

I like that Paychex Flex is so easy to use. I can easily access my hours, paystubs, and request PTO from my organization.

Cons:

I do not like how when I clock in on the dashboard screen, it is not reflected in my log. Instead, I have to go to Time & Attendance to clock in and see it reflected in my log.

It was cheaper for my company to use Paychex.

I love this product!

My experience has been great. It was very easy to sign up and to navigate the mobile app. I have had no issues whatsoever.

It is very easy to use, and you can customize your dashboard. It is so easy to view my hours and paycheck stubs.

Cons:

There is nothing that I do not like about Paycheck Flex. I prefer it to other time keeping programs that I have used.

Overall I am happy with it. However, I did take a sick day once and I was not paid for it. I am not sure if that was a manager or system failure.

I like that i can see the hours i am working in real time. so that I can directly see what i am going to be paid for that week.

Cons:

i don't like how you cannot sign in or check in from your phone, you have to either log in on computer or physical box in spa.

The Good and the Bad

Generally good when we have a good payroll support specialist. I enjoy doing things the old school way, and if not assigned a good person, the process of weekly payroll can be painful.

I like having a dedicated support person from my payroll, and this assigned person switches frequently and sometimes are unresponsive.

I was on the receiving end of this product when my job was allowing us to clock in and pay us through this software and it was very easy to see my paystubs.

Cons:

I haven’t really done enough with this product to truthfully have a problem with any component of this product.
