It has been a wonderful resource over the past 10+ years for our small home health care business.

Upon deciding to leave Paychex, I found that they have things set up to make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave.

There are errors, random (i may add) that happen from time to time which is very annoying when using the phone app. It needs a lot of work from their development team.

Its an easy to use software which helps you to easily clock in and out, easy to schedule time offs and share with others.

They also have amazing customer service which they make personal and memorable.

The worst company to hire for your payroll needs.

I am most pleased with the ease of their system and the broad availability of reports. Additionally, their customer service exceeds my expectations every time.

Overall, I like Paychex Flex. This allows me to not have to contact HR for minor questions, like, what do my benefits say about the deductible or requesting time off from my manager.

Having everything in one space including payroll, HR and reporting is a fantastic concept. It's very easy to enter payroll for your administration and flex is a very self-guided program.

Being able to integrate all of the information you need access to prevents a lot of headaches.

For the most part, Paychex Flex is a wonderful integrated HRIS product. It is truly full cycle, from recruiting to succession planning, training, through the end of employment.

Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.

I like the general ease of use that this software offers. I have had favorable experiences with my current payroll account manager.

It is quite easy to learn and use. The set up is clean and user friendly and you can find your way around without being directed on where to go.

What I like most about Paychex Flex is the payroll management and tracking segment of the website. The new updates provide a fresh clean look and everything is extremely easy to find.

Customer service is horrible. Prices are extremely high.

Loved that they took all the background Payroll processes like Taxes, YearEnd forms (W2 & 1099). Found that there was a lot that you can utilize on the platform.

Definitely happy with it and very useful. It's great to have the option to use the time card feature on my computer.

How easily the software/app is to use & how very helpful their customer service agents are, also the price is inexpensive compared to other companies.

The lack of information from the company and lack of editing use for the app.

3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.

The customer service is terrible. Our account rep is changed  every few months and we are not notified until we try to process payroll and find the other person is gone.

It was a very simple system, and we were very pleased with what it offered.

Paychex made multiple errors with my account from initial implementation. Company charged higher than quoted invoice fees and was difficult to get a response from my specialist.

Overall, it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend this to others.

It is a great product with portability and reliability of online access.

I've really enjoyed the Paychex Flex app in my years of usage. Like I've said before, it's incredibly easy to navigate and view stubs, tax information, etc.

Payroll processing was pretty good. Account is active even after leaving company.

I run 2 companies with 1 employee each. I really liked the simplicity of submit the payroll.

Paychex Flex is easy to use and provides the reports needed. Has nice features for payroll processing.

It's easy to navigate around in and the functions are great to follow as well. All around good product with several ares you can customize.

I also like the fact that my consultants can streamline their own processes with Vincere and understand which clients are worth investing their efforts in and which don't offer good ROI.

Kudos to the support team for able to provide prompt troubleshooting as well as open to suggestion on improvement.

Generally Vincere is great, its super easy to use, functional and does what we require.

The system is great, the customer service is even better.

The LinkedIn tools, job board LiveList and apps are particularly powerful and their customer service is excellent.

Vincere has very good support staff who are always here to help with any queries in a timely manner. In terms of the software itself, I am very fond of the dashboards and its functionality.

Gaining the use of Vincere has been a huge benefit to our agency with the biggest pros being it's ability to make matching clients and candidates so much easier and more time efficient.

There is also a limitation to how much you can configure the on-cost.

I like the candidate's auto-matching and enjoy the ease of use.

The system integrates with our own website and automatic posting has saved us a lot of time, as have email templates and Velocity.

There are a few minor suggestions in regards to rejecting candidates. However, I have noticed that suggestions made in the past have been implemented and so I have told my ideas to the Vincere team.

It also helps to identify how best to manage each consultant with regular updates on revenue and productivity.

I was beginning to think this was impossible and it’s done now – really happy with it. It will make a huge impact on my ability to do everything through the system which is brilliant.

I've used quite a few systems in my time and there's no comparing Vinny with the rest.

Overall Vincere is great, I have worked in recruitment for 13 years and this is the best program I have used. I would definitely recommend.

I think Vincere is a fantastic platform. They recently made changes to the UI and it is great, really clear and I’m really enjoying it.

Have a filter to stop unwanted candidates from going into Vincere.

Did i send out an invoice. Where the hell is my payment.
