Also, reports were easy to run. #### Cons We needed more functionality and we needed compliance tools. Payclock has great capabilites for physical timeclock and app based time tracking. It integrates well with Quickbooks Enterprise however, you do have to refresh the software connection every other payroll or so or the time has a tendency to not connect. I like that employees can use both the physical clocks and the app to clock in and out since my employees are often on the move. I used the Lathem Timeclock system before but absolutely love the Payclock Online version even more. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros This was the first and only program that I found that was able to acommodate multiple departments with varying payroll rules ex: part-time, full-time, prn, shift differentials, salaried versus non salaried etc #### Cons The only con I have found so far is each pay period when closing it out you have to close out by each department instead of closing out the entire pay period at once.
