Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like how easy it is to find and verify my own employment/benefit/pay information, and the org chart has been super useful as a new employee at my current company.
- The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.
- It has help keep organization a top priority, while being easy to use. Additionally, Customer Support is not only very helpful but always readily available.
Cons
- I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.
- The only problem I have is going back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.
- This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.
Pros
- It helps to build a positive work culture. What I like the most is the guided questionnaire to help select the appropriate tier award.
- It's a great way to feel rewarded by our work colleagues. The website has a great selection of items and Workhuman has a great customer service.
- Love the ability to search for a coworker and provide them with points to spend on products in the rewards store.
Cons
- The offered vendors are limited, so your redemption choices are also limited.
- If people don't use it regularly, its impact can diminish. Also, setting it up and maintaining it can be costly and time-consuming, which might be tough for smaller businesses.
- Nothing to say about negative impacts of Workhuman.
