Uploading was a breeze thanks to the tutorials, and any time I had a hiccup when I was just getting to know Payroll Connected, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very responsive and helpful, and got me back to track right away.

It does so much of the thinking for you in calculating payroll and considers all up-to-date labour regulations. The tutorials are terrific when you're just getting started and it's very intuitive as you continue to use this product. I know it shaves hours off my payroll prep time every other week and in preparing T4's. Couldn't imagine running a small business without it!

It's absolutely the best friend of any business owner who is not a numbers person or who would rather spend more time on other tasks, so I give it five stars for functionality but I think a design update would help the dashboard look as sleek and smart ;)

I do find that payroll connected is somewhat limited on the reports available.

Payroll Connected is a great all in one software. We use it for employee info management, time cards, payroll processing, and source deduction reporting. Affordable, easy to use with great customer service.

Self-help isn’t as easy to get to however, customer support is very responsive and quick.

The ease of use and the accuracy of the software is the best in the business. We have used a ton of different payroll systems, but Payroll Connected is the best out there.

A little bit of working through odd aspects of our business but their customer service helps find an easy solution to make it easy to work with.
