Payroll Mate is an on-premise payroll management solution designed for small and midsize companies based in the United States. It allows users to manage payroll, pay employees, calculate taxes, prepare checks, create payroll reports and export data to ERP and accounting solutions.
It helps users automatically calculate federal and state payroll taxes. It allows users to pay salaries at pay-frequencies (bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly pays) and payroll formats (e.g., regular salary, hourly pay, overtime pay and bonuses). It tracks vacation and sick time off and adjusts the salary.
The reporting module allows users to create payroll reports such as state taxation reports, employee earnings, tax liability and journal reports. These reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel, CSV and Adobe PDF. It offers integration with QuickBooks and Sage 50.
Customer support is offered by a support website that includes FAQs, tips and knowledgebase.

Ease to use, Ease to navigate and understand all features. This help me so much, my work are secured even my computer force shutdown yet still there my last input.

It handled our payroll records for the gap year that we needed.
Software seemed a bit primitive and not totally user friendly. The last time we used was in 2016 so I hope they integrated some new options and services.
