I never have to worry about where my payroll information is. I referred Payworks to three franchisees and one charitable foundation. This is a decent product, that is capable of doing many things. Cost is economical and it is mostly easy to use. #### Cons hard to navigate, menu changes for no reason sometimes. My contact person is always very prompt with a response. #### Cons Initially it was a little hard to navigate the menu items.
