The talent profile allows employees to map their own career journey and collaborate with their manager on career development. Users can add key skills, memberships and qualifications to a job to identify development areas. Job openings can be published internally, externally or via social platforms.
The learning management feature allows users to create and publish learning courses, then add them to positions to provide a record of learning items an employee must complete as part of their job. Functionality also includes advanced search preferences and course waiting lists. Managers and employees can set goals and objectives and link them to business priorities. The employee portal also allows employees to clock in and out and manage absences.
