PeopleStrategy eHCM is cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solution designed for companies with 100 to 5,000 employees. It features payroll, HRIS, employee and manager self-service, applicant tracking, benefits administration, workforce management, performance management, compliance, reporting and analytics within a single platform.

PeopleStrategy eHCM features core HR, which allows users to manage employee onboarding, I-9 compliance, and tracking of employee data. It features configurable workflows to automate notifications and approvals for common HR processes. It also offers a single database and reporting, which allows users to manage data collection, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

PeopleStrategy eHCM also features payroll management, which allows users to calculate employee gross and net data and manage taxes. The “Talent Acquisition” module enables users to manage job requisitions, job postings, resume screening, interviews, and communications with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. 

PeopleStrategy eHCM offers Benefits Administration, which allows employers to complete Open Enrollment and to manage life event changes online. Through Workforce Management, users can track time and attendance as well as scheduling. Performance Management allows employers to manage the entire performance review process online.

PeopleStrategy eHCM

managing people is a task and an important one. Accuracy and legal protection are key to a successful HR department. If you are integrated from "soup to nuts" yet, check out PeopleStrategy.

Pros

totally integrated HR administration from applicant attraction, qualifying, on-boarding, payroll, etc.

Cons

i can't think of any negatives, except the suite doesn't include multirater reviews (i.e 360's) an integral part of people management.
