PeopleStrong Alt is a cloud-based human resources (HR) platform suitable for large businesses in any industry. It provides tools to manage most aspects of the hiring process and other HR functions, including candidate sourcing and interviews, employee onboarding and payroll.
PeopleStrong Alt allows users to collect data on potential employees from sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Monster. A built-in candidate referral tool allows current employees to suggest prospective hires. Recruiters can track candidates throughout the hiring process and use PeopleStrong’s onboarding module for selected hires.
HR staff use PeopleStrong to monitor productivity, attrition rates, workforce demographics and more. Finance tools allow users to manage employee expenses, payroll, conduct audits and update compensation. Employees can access a self-service portal to view financial information.
PeopleStrong Alt is offered on a per user per month subscription basis. iOS and Android apps are also available.

Alt recruit has enabled us to perform every task with ease right from job creation to onboarding of the employee. The best thing about Alt Recruit is that it can be integrated with job portals and even social platforms as well. It being AI-powered, not only screens applications by itself but also automates the information flow towards applicant and hiring manager. What I like best about this product is along with applicant tracking, the hiring manager can share feedback in real time.
It has facilitated the job so much that when we compare recruitment what we had been doing in past, nothing could be better than this. So yet to find out.
