Customer service has been easy to work with. There is a lot of reporting features available and with the ability to customize.
Running some reports can cause the software to run a little slower than normal. We havent had it crash but its slow.

Use some real life situations to test software, such as hires, rehires, salary, and job changes.

It is truly an HR software built with HR end users in mind. The fact that positions are separate and allow you to track FTEs is logical versus some that I previewed that make simple things like EEO codes driven by the employee record versus the position record.
Flexible report writing features, or lack thereof. Getting data back out of the system in the form of reports is not user friendly.
