Performly is a cloud-based human resources software solution used for employee performance management. It is suitable for businesses of any size across all industries.

Performly allows users to list employee objectives, along with job descriptions, core competencies and plans for development and growth. Users can then link the objectives to employees’ to-do lists to track and assess performance. Learning management tools for ongoing training include certification and compliance management, social learning and a virtual classroom.  

The platform provides 360 degree review functionality for self assessments, peer reviews and manager evaluations. Templates are provided for one-on-one check-in meetings to help users record and discuss progress and give feedback.

Performly also provides tools for conducting employee surveys to gain a sense of company-wide engagement and the culture of the organization. All members can see how the organization is performing as a whole on a variety of dashboards.

Lifetime support and free training are included with a Performly subscription, which is priced on a per user, per month basis.
