PerformYard has gotten rid of our paper-based process and is well worth the cost.

It is very easy to use this software. You can easily integrate it with the other apps.

Easy access and ability to log in quickly. Ve use this with my company since I was hired.

It took me 10 minutes to input my goals, for example. That's important as I don't want to take away too much time from my work.

Some of the features are a little complicated. Turning a document into a signature, fillable document is tedious and frustrating at times.

Everybody hated our performance review process.

The best part of our experience with PerformYard has to be with the customer service.

First, it was really easy to get things running. It was really just a matter of a few hours of invested time to be in a position to start testing our first review cycle.

So far so good to be honest, its fairly straightforward and is ease to follow, update and tweak on an ongoing basis.

Integration with our HRIS platform as promised and on-schedule.

We found it difficult to format the text boxes with some symbols, bullets, etc.

Easy to set up with a dedicate Customer Success Manager guiding you along the way. It integrated with ADP so employee data synced with the system.

We were not able to determine if it was user error, or an error with the program itself.

The online support website is great for additional learning information as well.

I like that it is organized and user friendly. Evaluations can be hard to keep track of so this is a very nice asset to have.

Our account rep consults with me to understand and then find the best solutions for my company. She is a tremendous trainer and supports my learning style by getting on the phone with me when needed.

From and Administrator point of view I like how easy it is to add/edit employee records.

The forms look nice and are easily read. I've learned how to utilize more icons and tricks to get my tasks done more efficiently than in the beginning.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

Trello has lend a great helping hand in organizing my projects and improves my productivity in then professional environment.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I want full functionally for free. I realize how ridiculous that is, but if pressed for a complaint, that's the worst I can come up with.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
