As mentioned above, my only problem with Pingboard is the limited sorting capabilities.

I love the combination of beautiful product design along with ease of use. It's exactly what you'd want to see in an org chart software and more.

It has a nice user-friendly UI. It is perfect for a large company size.

My overall experience has been great. I find the software efficient and it helps my daily workflow.

The org chart visualization is absolutely great and considering how fast it loads, I love referring back to it all the time. Integration with Google Calendar is great.

It is prevalent that I know this stuff and Pingboard has been great in helping me keep it straight.

I like that I can quickly and easily find other employees in my organization and also view the graphical org chart to see where people fit into the hierarchy of the business.

Couldn't find a way to see the remaining vacation days. No custom/additional status for out of office.

Both the desktop and app versions work amazingly well. I especially like the guess the name game on the app -- such a novel and fun idea.

The worst part I think is how the overall org chart focuses in and out. That can be difficult to navigate.

I love the integration with Slack, too. It's also nice to see the org chart in case you need to see how someone fits into the company.

Inexpensive and easy to get started the first few times of trial.

Layout is customer friendly, you can either drag and drop to make your own or use a template. Best thing for us is that the software is free for the amount of employees we have (less than 50).

I'm always surprised by how fast and responsive everything it. Also, they have great developer support, so there is a rich integration environment growing.

If you make a mistake it is all lost and you can start over again. There is no simple undo button.

This product is a great out-of-the-box solution that allows our employees to view our ever-changing org chart. Very easy to use and better than our intranet that was previously being used.

The Google Calendar integration is immensely helpful as well.

I love the ability to immediately find a number to contact who i am looking for. Having a phone number business and cell is a great.

The ability to see my coworker directory at a glance is a huge benefit, and the vacation board feature is really helpful day-to-day as well.

The ability to manage the TO for a dynamic organization. The ease with which you can integrate new team members into an existing workforce.

We have a closer community as a company thanks to the software.

There a few seconds of lag time when expanding a section of the organization chart. Full employee directory does not have a column for location or department, thus could not sort via those parameters.

Works well for what it is. You can make a good looking chart with not a lot of effort.

Pingboard is super organized, easy to use, great value for the cost. You can use it with Google Cal.

This is costly if noone updates this so only if you spend the time on the system, you will get out the most out of it.

With the exception of one of the rep who helped me with migration, the customer service is appalling.

Dishonest and misleading practice on the free trial.

Believe the positive reviews - it really is easy to use and the Customer Service Team have great patience, nothing is too much for them to help with.

I love BrightPays ability to be integrated into other CRM platforms.

Simple to use, the level of Customer Service is fantastic and very cost effective for small businesses such as Spenart.

Easy set up, good support, great functionality, good reporting and payslip production, good employee database.

Another benefit is that it emails PDF payslips all at once. Integrates with HMRC for RTI, and also for coding notices which is great.

A comprehensive software that is simple to use. As a small employer, I think this is an excellent product and it is provided free of charge until you have more than three employees.

The guilt feeling I get from being a small user and not having to pay for the program.

Bright pay is an easy to use payroll software. It covers auto enrolment for pensions and statutory payments and provides vey good and helpful customer support and an easy to read online help page.

I use the one-company free version and for free it is absolutely brilliant. I find it very easy and intuitive to use (especially as I am not a payroll expert).

Less description and I never found it useful. Auto Enrolment function is not straight forward, most of the time so get error message for unsuccessful submissions.

This will discourage the customers to directly contact their area managers and wasting their time. Customers can provide feedback and acknowledgment of their tickets.

Some years later I am very happy to report that BrightPay fully does the job, is easy to use, and are happy to answer any questions one might have.

I have recommended this product because of great customer service and ease of use,  having switched from sage some three years ago, and my friends are now using it and thank me all the time.

I initially talked to some of the BrightPay staff at a seminar for bookkeepers and they were very helpful; I've only had to contact the helpline once during conversion and they were brilliant.

I like the help from BrightPay which can be found on their website and I have emailed for assistance and this has been a clear quick response both times.

Having used HMRC's own system for a number of years (and I found it absolutely dreadful), I decided to bit the bullet and make the switch.

And best of all was the price, we have saved hundreds of pounds over the last few years thanks to this great software.

This software has many aspects likes covers payroll including other expenses and benefits. It’s a nice and modern user platform, simple and easy to use.
