The way some of the UX is structured, you can get lost in what you need to change and where and can't edit a lot of things on the fly.

I think the reports could be made a bit clearer, sometimes the figures don't match up and there's no year with the dates so hard to know which month is in which year.

It's also great that applicants can speculatively apply even if there are no live vacancies, and Pinpoint manages the GDPR side of things. The customer service is also 5 stars.

Ease of use, not over complicated and first class customer service through out the working day.

No human intervention needed. The applicants CV comes straight to us, no delays being held up by HR and we can arrange interviews there and then.

Chats are also sometimes getting missed and not picked up by PinPoint.

Particular features that are nice for us are commenting on applications, the calendar and scheduling integrations, and e-sign for documents.

It is so easy to rate applications and re review people. We have just started using this software and I found it to be really good.

The application also securely holds candidate data. Pinpoint has been proven to be an excellent solution for our business.

Nothing immediately comes to mind, perhaps if it could integrate with our HR system to onboard candidates but suspect that will be one for the future.

I have to say the instant chat function is a brilliant feature, any issues and they are answered straight away.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
