Really valuable tool for Engaging Teams and Avoiding Company Silos

As the company grew, the possibility of having information silos was real. Pluckd enabled us to create an environment where people from different departments could engage with each other in a non-awkward way. The feed interaction was great for people to learn new skills and be motivated by their colleagues when learning a new skill.

Pros

- The ability to set goals for yourself and get recommendations from your colleagues on how to achieve that goal is a really great feature that boosts motivation and confidence for everyone. - The ability to rate colleagues is a great feature to find "hidden stars" in your team or company. Sometimes people don't have the opportunity to expose themselves in the organization due to their current "position" and Pluckd enables other employers to rate and evaluate that person on specific skills even if it is someone that doesn't belong to their team.

Cons

- Some features that integrate with current HR systems may help to automatically add team members to each group and department. - It would be interest to have a general view of engagement of users with the product. The dashboard that is available at the moment only shows data for NPS and ratings given and received and does not provide a view of who is more engaged on other product features.
