I have had an easy time learning the system and can easily control the system. My client success representative, [sensitive content hidden] , is amazing and goes above and beyond. I can customize profiles for each job I'm hiring for and can also utilize existing employees tests to generate a profile for a role I'm looking to hire for. I also don't have to pay for each assessment, but instead pay a flat rate for the product for the year. It's perfect and I love it. #### Cons There are some assessments that I'm not the biggest fan of. There's one that is a bit too black and white for my tastes, but it's not a deal breaker because I'm not forced to use it. After interviews, but before we looked at the Prevue results, the [sensitive content hidden] and I named the candidate that we wanted to offer the position to. We then looked at their score, which showed a few discrepancies: areas that were important to us, but that the candidate lacked. We got on the phone with the [sensitive content hidden] of his previous position who confirmed during the conversation what the Prevue Assessment told us about this candidate. We've found Prevue just confirms our decisions that we come to during our interview process. #### Cons Some of the reports seem identical. Would like to see a bit more variety in the data.
