I think the overall interface is clean and user-friendly. The software is also appropriately priced for the included features.

The customer service provided was always terrible, so much so that we had several phone calls with upper management because of the poor treatment that we received.

The products offered for the price are the best bang for your buck when compared to other HRIS.

They are always willing to help and because their programming is in-house, suggestions you make to improve the platform are taken seriously and implemented. This is one of their greatest strengths.

Implementation was outstanding. Our sales rep checks in frequently to make sure we're still happy.

The system is a few different systems parsed together so there is not a clear and uniform flow from one area to the other. Overall, Proliant was one of the worst mistakes that we ever made.

The tax team is responsive and any issues are quickly and easily resolved. I am excited to integrate our expense reimbursement into Proliant instead of cutting checks.

The reporting options are somewhat challenging. I don't always get the results I expected and often not sure why my report failed.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
