I use it for performance management like Year-end reviews, manager and employee check-in forms, Individual development plans. The forms are user friendly and easy to configure and employees find it very easy to use. Managers find it very useful to have a space to house all of employee performance management so all information pertaining to their development is easy to find in one place instead of having word documents or excel spreadsheets saved in manager's drives. #### Cons Profit.co is a pretty new platform with tremendous potential for further development to make it even more powerful.
