Communication (direct message to general updates) has been made easy with prospr. Scheduling has also been made easy with prospr.

PROS

Scheduling is easy to mange with this software- we have full time and part time staff and it easily allows us to schedule the and to have part time staff pick up shifts! Love the directory aspect of the software to have everyones info available for contact.

CONS

I don't always get notifications when messages are sent to me! Can be a little busy and difficult to find certain things. Can only complete certain scheduling changes on the computer -n not phone compatible.

That it's easy to see my schedule. Easy to see who you're working with.

CONS

You're not able to put in your availability... say if you're only available on mondays from 9-5

great for small businesses

PROS

I like everything that I need is on here to run my studio is there!

CONS

the scheduling aspect. I shouldn;t have to worry about one team's schedule disappearing after I publish another teams.. makes that part on prospr very tedious

Changed my life!

PROS

Prospr eliminated the worry that my team members wouldn’t show up to their shifts. It empowered our team with knowledge of where they needed to be at all times. It helped streamline my communications with them and our company resources. I honestly can’t believe we functioned without Prospr!

CONS

I wish Prospr existed earlier, it has helped solve so many of my day to day issues.

Time Saving, Error Proof Team Management

The team at Prospr has been a dream to work with. They are incredibly responsive to questions and are constantly rolling out new features and functionality. It's clear the understand the intricacies of running a business and managing people!

PROS

Prospr is incredibly intuitive and is a simple/elegant tool for managing my team. We are a fast growing, labor intense start up and Prospr has turned scheduling from a day long task to a short 30 minute to-do item. It's cut down on errors and the team LOVES having everything they need in one place and how easy it is for them to find subs.

CONS

So far there hasn't been any downside to using Prospr. They solve a specific problem and do it very well, so no complaints here!

Prospr at Work

I think it is helpful especially in a retail setting but maybe not necessary for everyone.

PROS

I like that it helps with scheduling. It is important that we know which account managers, assistants, and producers are available at any point in time to service our accounts.

CONS

I did not like that it needed access to everything. We only have a few systems as it is, and this added yet another one.
