"Purely HR struggles with their performance review program as it doesn't allow different managers for reviews vs time off approvals"

"This is perhaps the most frustrating missing feature that would cause us to leave. While we are not completely satisfied with PurelyHR, it's the most affordable option for now but we do have to use several other software, plus excel docs, plus a payroll system, plus an ATS, plus others to get the info, reporting, and Human Resources features we need."
