Reports make it easier to go deeper into the problem some features like sentiment analysis is good, lets you see through sentiments quickly. Most importantly, it has action planning that I use to create actions to solve issues found. #### Cons I think the survey maker could be more straightforward. Using templates can help, Creating a custom template can be quite difficult as there are too many things that are quite confusing and not needed.
