While there is a great deal of integration support available, the resources provided allows for ease of integration and setup of all functionality without the need for technical assistance.

They are dedicated to the success of the organization, offer valuable insights and are invested in the success of your organization and employees.

And, Quantum Workplace is great at providing excellent customer service if you have questions or special requests.

Our company is small, therefore we needed something that could provide us actionable insights to improve our already great company in a cost effective and timely way.

I am not a technically talented person so sometimes have trouble navigating, but I think it is user error.

I love the ability to build our own surveys and pull all of the reporting/analytics quickly for easy distribution.

Also, from our staff's perspective, the language used to describe each icon is offensive (e.g. disengaged). So, we have had to customize the icons for all of our PowerPoint slides.

I explored various engagement survey tools and Quantum is by far the best. The reporting capability is awesome.

While the tool is very intuitive, whenever I have had to reach out to Quantum, they respond almost immediately and are always VERY helpful. This truly sets them apart from others.

Quantum and their team have been a wonderfully effective partner in our efforts to foster, track, and report on engagement here.

I haven't found anything I don't like about the system yet.

We have several years of data to compare which makes for a very easy and fluid analysis. The crew at Quantum are extremely friendly and helpful in setting up the survey and follow through.

So often goals are forgotten as soon as they are turned in, this system makes employees and managers accountable for goals that are set and need to be met.

I like that the platform offers relevant modules to support all aspects of human capital engagement and performance.

We were able to easily integrate QW with our existing payroll/HRIS system, then proceeded with a well-guided training program before going live with our workforce.

When you add labels, if you add the wrong one, they can't be deleted, even if they're not attached to anything, which makes it difficult to trust that multiple users will code with the same thing.

Everything from implementation to go live was great. I feel very supported and am able to get help quickly when I run into problems (which is rare).

The results are displayed in wonderful reports and presentations, making them easy to share with little additional effort needed.

The survey system that Quantum offers is outstanding. It helps you work on issues you find in your survey by giving suggestions on what you can do to help improve your scores for the years to come.

Easy to use, visually appealing, multiple data points. Demographics can be as varied as you would like allowing you to really examine details, trends etc.

Quantum Workplace is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Question scales can be a little confusing and take some time to get familiar with.

I really like the ease of use for Quantum. I am able to generate surveys and customize them exactly as I would like without having to rely on a support person.

Our company had a disappointing participation level this year.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
