Pros/Cons
Pros
- Quick book payroll, this online payroll is super interesting and amazing actually this one is among the best.
- Very great customer support for any help you need, their team has all the answers. Nathan was a great guy to work with.
- I really like Quickbooks, it is super easy to use, and keeps everything organized for my business. All in all I would recommend it.
Cons
- There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about the system that is not due to user error.
- Customer service is bad, you are ditched when there is an issue and you are on your own.
- There was no easy way to escalate a problem to a supervisor. They made a filing, reporting and underpayment error on my ny state tax for 3 consecutive quarters.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- Rippling makes dealing with employee management easy and fun. I very much enjoyed the streamlined nature of the product and how easy it is to understand.
- It is very easy to use and the features and tools it offers are superb and easily understood by the user. It is a Great product at a very decent price.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
