I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

Customer support service has been a wonderful help with answering all my tsheet help needs.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

This is very user friendly and easy to use on a cell phone. I like that it can track where you clock in and out.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

Ease of use , and when I do have a question I have received outstanding customer support.

Thank goodness they haven't had to use this feature yet, but knowing it is there is comforting.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Overall I really like TSheets, and I have been considering changing from Ebillity. The integration with QuickBooks, ease of use, and great features are the total package.

This process included reaching out to CTO’s around the country to independently gauge opinion on the options (quality, price, ease of use).

Not being able to access the server where our system is deployed. With limited room for customization and integration of other services (eg. i couldn't integrate onesignal to my job portal ).

With the Tech team based out of India its is a real mess.

The customer service component of Smartjobboard was, and still is, critical to our ability to create such a platform that is providing significant value across the United States.

The customer support you receive is amazing and the best I have ever experienced with any provider. Its easy to use for both admin and recruiters.

On the social media front:  SJB has a fully integrated Facebook job site app that is more stable and reliable than others we've tested.

Customisation (fields etc, front end) and external integrations (APIs, Indeed etc). The administration and backend is intuitive and it is easy to use.

It really gets the job done and when we run into bumps, the customer service has been great. THe SJB team is responsive and also just kind.

It's not exactly cheap, but it's more cost-effective than their other competitor (Job Board. IO) and will save you money, time, and headaches if you're using crappy Wordpress plugins.

We were able to aggregate all of the jobs onto a single platform using this technology. Job seekers and employers both love the simplicity and functionality of the platform.

This due diligence led us to select Smartjobboard solution to establish JobsInOrtho.

Since moving to MSJB, we haven't had to worry about ONCE. Everything is managed and well taken care of on the back-end, and it's so smooth.

Not enough reporting features. No ability to edit all pages i.e. the access denied pages.

Overall, we had a great experience with SmartJobBoard.

It's a very easy software to navigate, and they have different themes that can be used.

Easy to use, looks great, works very well. We have used a number of different platforms and this is by far the best.

Easy Rollout, hosted solution. Just add a domain name  and off you go.

This is great for start ups - being very cost effective and allowing you to upgrade your functions as your business grows.

I just don't like the options for the way the site looks. Limited fonts and color schemes.

SJB has plug and play integration with Indeed, Jobs2Careers, ZipRecruiter, JobG8,  TopResume, GoogleAnalytics.

At the time,  the basic plan was limited to 100 job postings. I believe this number has since changed higher.

I just also want to say that my experience with the team there has been exceptional. I hope they continue to improve and compete with the technology of the big guys like Indeed and Careerbuilder.
