Review for QuickHR

Overall experience is good, very friendly, and supportive.

PROS

Overall the product is easy to use, speedy to set up, allows some flexibility compared to other software. Good customer service, the response from the team is within an acceptable time frame, and they always try their best to solve the issues. Willing to take extra miles to settle the problems.

CONS

A lot of room to improve in the payroll module. it's semi-auto

Comprehensive and good HR tool for SME

PROS

All the fundamental features needed to set up small and medium enterprises are included. Simple and straightforward UI. Free updates are available, bringing new functionalities. The customer service crew is approachable and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Companies like MNCs are always talking about integration, but I think that's something that can be established gradually.

CONS

It is possible to add new functionality to reports. Programs for submitting requests for time off can now alert the HR administrator of recommendations covering a broader period.

About QuickHR

The matter with IRAS and CPF. The softwares able to assist us to process easily for the preparation of the submission

PROS

The Hr and payroll. To prepare staff attendance and tracking very convenient and the preparation for payroll and integration with quickbook also.

CONS

So far any difficulties the team able to rectify and make it better

Mainly payroll made much easier with direct access of pay slip to the employees.

PROS

Simple, easy to follow process! Good support especially from [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! Met the MOM's KET requirement! Easy access to employees to retrieve their pay slips!

QuickHR - Signmechanic

Excellent. We have been using for QuickHR for almost 4 years and this is the most cost-effective HR software I ever use so far.

PROS

- User-friendly - Easy to apply leave - Save of massive time on payroll generation - Good customer support team

CONS

- The template(s) was auto-updated, which sometimes give user a surprise. - Report function well sufficient for mandatory reporting, but is some sort limited for management internal review requirements.

Reasons for switching to QuickHR

Annual fee is pricey (not cost-effective) and lack of customer support.
