Recognizing my peers for their contributions has never been easier! In this remote world, gone are the days of buying someone a coffee or lunch for their work, so being able to quickly award them a badge that they can redeem for what they want most is so lovely. We're engaging and sharing praise more than we would otherwise.

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

I would recommend using this system as it has increased engagement with our employees and generated a way of celebrating success across all of our sites.

Really liked how easy it is to use and integrate with Workplace by Facebook. This has made an open platform for recognition of employees and joins our multiple sites together. This gives a wider audience allowing a wider share of success & ideas, which ultimately grows our people asset and increases value to the business.

My only niggle is with the mobile app not being able to post and having to use the web based version. This may well be an account business account issue which we are yet to resolve.

When I redeemed my points it was so easy. I was able to use my gift card immediately.

Nothing so far, I have enjoyed my experience.

Overall, I have had a good experience with recognize and would recommend it to other hospitals.

I really like that you are able to find anyone, even in multiple hospitals, and communicate a message to them.

The thing I like least about recognize is that sometimes it freezes and takes a long time to load the screen to use.

I love how easy it is to use this software, and how much collaboration it brings to the team! I couldn't imagine the company I work for not using recognize. As a employee it's made me feel so much more appreciated, and I have the ability to show my appreciation to others much easier as well.

There aren't any Cons that I can think of off the top of my head!

Easy to use, like the features, instant notification emails to employees, allows for employee response

Uncertain if our company utilizes all the features (like reward points, reward catalog, etc)

Being able to reward coworkers (with praise and points) that go above and beyond.

The length it takes to collect enough points to redeem for a award.

Our experience has been excellent. The support team is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our employees love this program and this is something that is utilized daily by our staff members in all departments.

It is so easy to use that even our employees who are not confident in computer skills are easily able to use the system and they enjoy using it too!

Sometimes when there is upgrades, it gets confusing to learn the new way of configuring users in to the system.

The software is the tool that helps us to reinforce the culture of praise in such a way that it also helps to connect-the-dots between the actions of the employee and the benefit to the company. The software was easy to implement - it's extremely easy to use and most importantly, IT WORKS GREAT.

We were having a tough time finding a recognition platform that was parallelled into the Yammer system so that our employees did not have to leave the current platform. But then we found Recognize, and it was everything we were looking for. Overall a great product. It has the most friendly staff and knowledgeable at that.

The only downside is to use it inside Yammer we have to download a browser extension. But I can honestly say that that is the only con with this software. Really worth the time and investment to recognize employees.

It would be beneficial to enable employees to recognize managers who have shown extraordinary leadership without creating a seemingly conflict of circular recognition. This is of course be a challenging thing to deal with.

The ability to add any personal (Superior or Junior), right away and recognize their contributions immediately is splendid. The employer gets a sense of happiness for a job well done.

The overall ranking system for the most recognize points gathered by the peers seems to be contradicting the founding values. Recognition should be heart felt and should not be some ranking system to be competed for.
