First-In-Class ATS/CRM Software
We view the team at Recruit CRM as a partner. Their product has provided an infrastructure for us to stand out in our field and to successfully grow our business. We have been spoiled by their excellence in customer service and strive to be as accountable to our clients as they are. We could not be happier with the business decision we made when we added Recruit CRM to our team.
PROSThis system allows our entire team, all of whom work remotely and in different time zones, to conduct the business of recruiting and to collaborate with their colleagues for successful candidate acquisition and placement. We simply would not be as successful in recruiting as we are without our partnership with Recruit CRM.
CONSIt's hard to come up with a complaint about Recruit CRM. From the outstanding support we receive to the ease of customization the software affords, we always find a way to solve a problem we may think we have. And when we do find a functionality that isn't available, we usually see that it's been submitted through their feedback channel and either under review or in process by the Recruit CRM team. However, one thing I wish for is a better way to navigate back to previously-viewed records or lists.

Best we could find overall, and we're please, but still a work in progress
The overall software is effective and we are pleased with it. We extensively researched different options for recruiting/applicant mgmt/CRM systems and this was by far the leader with a competitive pricepoint considering all the features. However, because it is a newer product and continuously being improved/updated, there are still many "works in progress" and items that need to be implemented and/or improved, some more "critical" than others. Still, overall it's effective and does what we need, for the most part. I will also add that their customer service is SUPERB! They are always willing to assist and walk you through any questions or issues and they respond quickly every time. I do wish they had some type of comprehensive intro/onboarding documentation to help get you started and act as a reference point and overview of all the different features and system options, but they did say this was something they planned to develop so hopefully we'll see it in the future.
CONSA big downfall for us is the lack of a clearly documented user guide or any type of easily accessible reference point to help begin using the software. The resume formatter is also a feature that we were excited to use and unfortunately learned does not work as expected. The Outlook email connection works, but your mailbox is entirely unorganized and you can't easily view your folders, which does make it more of a pain to actually use. Another big one for us is the limited dashboard and reporting options as they really focus primarily on the clients, and not on the actual jobs we're working on or candidates we're dealing with. But even with these and a few other pain points, after demoing SEVERAL options and considering some of the other more well-known names, Recruit CRM was the clear winner and does blow the competition out of the water. Plus, the superior customer service and continued updating and taking into account of user feedback, definitely makes us feel that we made the right choice and we are satisfied and happy with our decision.

The features, multiple systems all in one (ATS, CRM, Position Management, etc), price point, no long term commitments, continued updates and customer-focused improvements....it's a very effective and robust product as it stands currently, and we're definitely looking forward to the continued updates and feature fixes and new add-on's/implementations! :)
Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM
Resumate is a great option for basic recruiting and is actually a very powerful resume database with seriously powerful search capabilities (if you need something basic, Resumate is AWESOME and the lifetime license is something you cannot beat), however, in terms of a day to day full on ATS and Recruiting tool, it was just far too antiquated and the updated version was very costly and still ages behind the competition.

The best ATS/Recruiting CRM for power sourcers and headhunters
The best ats/recruiting crm on the market for small agencies/freelance recruiters. I really like that it's a father/son team running the company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is extremely helpful and very intelligent. The kid is going places.
PROSEase of use and that it is organized for maximize efficiency when dealing with a lot candidates. Great sourcers and recruiters understand that the ability to record and access data quickly is arguably the most important aspect of sourcing, and they know sourcing the most important aspect of recruiting.
CONSOnly that it's not finished. They're working on updates rigorously though and will have the vast majority of the features our team will need by November 2019.

For the reasons mentioned previously, it's faster, more efficient and at a better price point than the competitors we assessed.

Too expensive, not enough functionality, too slow to navigate.

Excellent Product
From soup to nuts my experience has been great. I am starting to use the product daily. This CRM pays for itself. I am learning that the product is very easy but there are so many features that I should be cashing in on. Customer service is by far A+. There are never any issues with this CRM. If I have a question on how to use a certain feature they respond. They take there time and make sure you are satisfied.
PROSRecruit CRM is very easy to use. I was able to tailor it in a way that works for me. It is very easy to setup.
CONSI have ZERO cons with this product or their customer support!!!

Recruit CRM was the easiest and most customer friendly. They did not bug me to buy their product or give me endless sales pitches. And most of all the product sells it self. Try and you will see what I mean.

Great product, exited for the future
Especially as a self-employed solo recruiter it is super easy and fast to use, although I need to admit that I cannot give an opinion about how good it works for teams (I would suggest still very fine).
PROSThe setup is super easy and the best thing is that you can customize nearly everything to suit your needs. I was used to filter my candidates by skill codes - that field did not exist before. So you just go to settings and create the field you need - you can even decide if you want it to be a dropdown, open text or loads of different options. Also the Chrome Extension is super helpful and saves tons of time.
CONSHavent found a Con so far; everytime I thought about "oh this is missing" I contacted the support and in most cases those were fields that I could edit myself.

Recruit CRM - A tool every agency must use
RecruitCRM is a complete game changer. We have switched between platforms 5 times over the last 4 years and I can honestly say we have found the right software.
PROSThe platform is extremely user friendly, easy to set up and maintain. Candidates have awesome experiences.
CONSInitially the speed of the platform was a bit slow for our volumes, but it has improved.

Strong product, supportive team
Overall experience is positive. They were very flexible in scheduling our meetings outside their business hours, and simply were easy to work with and get the job done.

I've worked with many, this one's the best!
To be honest, the best customer support service I have ever experienced (and I've worked with "a lot" of CRM's). Whenever I have a question or a request to add a custom item, I get a reply within minutes, often with a tailor-made video from the team. Actually, they even have pre-made videos of a few minutes ready at hand that usually answers the questions you may have.
PROSIt's user-friendly, web-based, looks modern, 99% customizable AND the RCRM team release updates so often it's a pleasure to see the tool become better by the days. We could embed the candidate application form onto our website.
CONSNothing (really!). Most features that have asked for have been developed within a few days, and some bigger features are part of larger tool updates.

Excellent Customer Service + Functions + Price
I first came across it in a Facebook Recruitment Group, the individual I spoke with asked if I wanted to get on a call to discuss the product. I said yes and was pleasantly surprised. The people who work for the company make it all that much better for me to use the product and overall I have been able to fill a role with using it. My clients also likes to use it to review candidates as well. Overall, I would 100% recommend. Also seeing what's to come in the coming months really makes me happy because it keeps getting better and better!!!!
PROSI like the fact they are updating it quite regularly and it keeps getting better and better. I also love the fact the owner and other people in the office have personally spoken to me about the product and the new functions coming out. It's great because I to am a new business owner, and it's great to use a product with like-minded people!
CONSLeast like would be that there are possibly 2 ways to do one task, which makes it hard for me to recall how to do something. At the end of the day, I have realized its because there are normally more than one routes to take to an end destination! It is not a deterrent in my day-to-day use of it.

Jobadder changed their processes from working with small business owners, after being in talks with them for over 3 years until I finally left the corporate world, after a demo, they turned me down this summer to work with them, as they are focusing on enterprises. It worked out for the best as a small business owner I am so much happier with RecruitCRM!

It was a little tough to use and I didnt find the user ability easy for me but I do know it's still a good product. There is no Customer Service unless your a paid advanced member.

Best customer service team, nothing is a problem! Great value, Great Tech.
I have been in recruitment for 17 years, having used a lot of the 'leading' options on the market such as Bullhorn, Vincere, CATS, and Invenias. I would recommend RecruitCRM over them all. Not only is the tech on par, if not more flexible/advanced, but the real difference is also the customer service, and how available the team is on hand to you, every single day. I have never experienced a service like it when it comes to the other leading ATS/CRM providers. I hope as the company grows, that they never lose their customer service and accessibility! This is what makes you special.
PROSHow adaptable it is, also it is very user-friendly.
CONSI genuinely cannot think of anything that I could say negative.

The reporting wasn't as easy to navigate and the customer service was poor. They had also hiked their costs so high in the last few years, I was not willing to pay it.

Great value for your money along with great support
Overall its been a great experience, we don't feel left on an island, support is there all the time, making recommendations and taking feature requests into consideration and making those changes.

Great tool for boutique staffing firms
When we search for a new vendor the main thing we look for is a high degree of customer service. A lot of the larger companies can care less about your experience and just want your money. The leaders at RecruitCRM spend the time to understand your business needs and they go the extra mile to make sure the tool fits your process. As a huge plus, they offer free training and individual training for your recruiters should they need it.
CONSLots of integrations and plugins that many non technical recruiters struggle with. You have to be somewhat tech savvy to have immediate success with the tool.

They did not offer a scalable month to month option anymore. Licenses were paid upfront for the year. It is a bad model for staffing firms. The ability to scale up and down based on revenue and growth is critical.
