Game Changer

I love having this new source of candidates. I look forward to using it daily.

PROS

Being able to attain personal emails & numbers in a matter of seconds is a game changer. I loved the quality of candidates I received back. Much better than LinkedIn.

CONS

I wish, during the free trial, I could see what the ATS integration looks like. Also not all the data was perfect. I did get candidates that their cities did not match, or that they had just started a new job.

Reasons for switching to RecruitBot

It is much more effective, financially and productivity wise.

Get Rid Of LinkedIn Recruiter and Get RecruitBot Instead

Easy to use and implement. Customer service is great. Sales team is fair. Pricing is great. Database is huge.

PROS

RB is easy to use and affordable. The value exceeds the cost by far. The customer service team is 10X more helpful than LinkedIn has ever been. This is easy to use, easy to track, and easy to implement. We made 3+ hires our first week after implementing with dozens lined up for the next few.

CONS

No cons. I love this thing. I try to bring it with me whenever I stand up a new org.

Cost, value, database, capabilities, and customer service.

Great Ai sourcing tool

Overall expertise has been positive. The search function is pretty user friendly. Their customer success is absolutely fantastic, esp [sensitive content hidden]. He’s helped me with searches and re-doing my find to find more candidates, hopped on calls to consult with me and been very responsive and quick. Even when he was OOO the person covering for him knocked it out of the park. I have found other new sourcing tools to have more functionality at a lower cost though so hoping they come out with some new features since I’m locked into a year contract.

PROS

The diversity filters - especially the female first name filter.

CONS

Lots of bad data - email addresses, names, experience of candidates

Recruitbot is a great addition to my sourcing needs

The customer service support during and post implementation is fantastic. When I am stuck on anything from search criteria to managing candidates, the response is quick and helpful. I have found great candidates through Recruitbot that I have not found through other sources.

PROS

Recruitbot is very user friendly. I love being able to "set and forget" I can play with the parameters in realtime to find the right set of criteria to ensure the best matches.

CONS

I would love to add industry (this might be unique to me, but I have quite a few niche searches) and be able to assign more relevant status updates.

Reason for choosing RecruitBot

I have reviewed many services but don't remember them all. Recruitbot was the only service I decided to try - and happy I did.

Awesome for Engineering Hires

Amazing platform and fantastic customer success team

PROS

An extensive candidate database, complete with LinkedIn profiles, for easy review. Advanced filters, including specific skill sets or programming languages. Machine learning results derived from data collected from 10 candidates who match our selection criteria and 10 who do not. Fully automated outreach. An amazing customer success staff that ensures not only the on-track progress of candidate search and outreach but also provides best practices to prevent your emails from being labeled as spam.

CONS

Limited to what is explicitly declared on LinkedIn, for example, if you're looking for Next.js expertise, then the word 'Next.js' has to be explicitly declared in the candidate's profile. Unfortunately, there are candidates who do not keep their LinkedIn profiles detailed enough or up-to-date. However, for all other candidates, this platform is perfect.
