# Recruiterflow User Reviews

## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.7/5
- Total reviews: 332

### Secondary ratings

- Ease of use: 4.7/5
- Customer support: 4.8/5
- Value for money: 4.7/5
- Functionality: 4.6/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 252 reviews (76%)
- 4 stars: 74 reviews (22%)
- 3 stars: 3 reviews (1%)
- 2 stars: 3 reviews (1%)
- 1 star: 0 reviews (0%)

### Most mentioned pros

- The pipeline view for jobs allows our recruiters to easily keep track of their jobs and all relevant activity.
- I would like to also highlight the strength of their Customer Service team as I have on two separate occasions had them make video guides just for me to show me how to achieve certain things.
- I am a big fan of Recruiterflow, after using Bullhorn, Vincere, Bond adapt, Job adder etc.

### Most mentioned cons

- I don't have a single critique, if the platform doesn't fit your style, then it's your fault for not taking the time to learn how you customize it to fit your needs.
- I also dislike how you can only add a candidate to a specific stage when bulk uploading - that should be available whenever you are adding a new candidate.
- The tool where Recruiterflow will provide email addresses and phone numbers is pretty expensive for just an email, so I personally don't use it

### Good product, constant issues with Billing

- Overall rating: 2/5

- Reviewed: April 2026

Disappointing experience over the last couple of years vs the first few months with the product where I was really happy.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Good product that makes sense and is easy to use and personalise. Tech support come back to emails pretty quickly.

#### Cons

Every year at renewal I've had issues with the billing team. They increase prices without notice and say it's because I was on a 'discounted' plan that I was not aware of, continue to take payments out of my personal account not my business account despite me asking many times to take it & they also just don't reply to me. They'll use $ when they mean £ too which is really confusing... The billing team and [sensitive content hidden] just don't reply, even though I'm literally trying to pay them and I'm having to chase up constantly! Any replies I have got have been AI responses that don't really make sense.

#### Reasons for choosing Recruiterflow

Cost, usability, suitability for a small recruitment business, you get more for your money and there are no hidden costs, nice people & felt valued even though I am a small business of 1.

#### Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow

Setting up my own business, I definitely wanted to explore other options to Vincere as it felt overly complicated and the customer support really went downhill after Vincere were acquired. Recruiterflow is also around £30 cheaper a month for my chosen package.

### Solid ATS system at an affordable price

- Overall rating: 5/5

I've used it for almost 2 years and still really liking it. No other ATS system offers what they do for the quality and cost.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Their customer service is awesome. They respond back within 5 mins for any issue. The ATS is comprehensive and easy to use. User interface is clean and works smoothly. I like the email automation feature, it's also easy to use and works well for me.

#### Cons

The CRM function is ok, I feel like the deals section does not really add much to the table. It would be nice to have an outbound business development workflow that builds from email, call, LinkedIn, text etc. that tracks calls and has updated outreach notes etc.

#### Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow

Crelate was missing features and not easy to use for what I need.

Simple, efficient, powerful. I would like to also highlight the strength of their Customer Service team as I have on two separate occasions had them make video guides just for me to show me how to achieve certain things. We have been extremely happy with RecFlow and would recommend it to all agency recruiters.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

As a technical Agency recruitment firm Recruiterflow ticks all the boxes. We require the tools to search our database to be top-notch and have tried numerous competitors without finding the answer. RecruiterFlow is it and we are hugely impressed by it.

#### Cons

It's hard to pick any real cons other than perhaps a relative lack of integrations due to it not being so well known at the moment. I predict that will change as it is a far superior product (I promise I am not being paid to say this!) to far better known competitors.

#### Reasons for choosing Recruiterflow

Much better search and overall experience combined with pricing

#### Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow

The Search function was abysmal and it was a bit too barebones

#### Pros

Recruiterflow was very easy to learn, making it effective and efficient on day one. I love the structure of the system and ease of slight edits to make the process fit our business. My partner and I always know the status of candidates, making it easy to cover for each other when needed.

#### Cons

Ability to access other databases for resume mining would be nice, but at least we are building our own database consistently

#### Reasons for choosing Recruiterflow

Visually more appealing; easy to use; organized

I love that in the rare instances I do have a technical issue or I hit a block and can't figure out how to accomplish what I'm working to do in that moment, if I reach out to the Support team I get a response (often multiple) typically within minutes, and often from multiple people who want to help me. I have never in my life experience support and responsiveness to this degree!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The support team! The platform is great and super useful, especially considering it is so customizable.

#### Cons

That everyone lives so far away and I'll get the opportunity to meet any of them in person. I don't have a single critique, if the platform doesn't fit your style, then it's your fault for not taking the time to learn how you customize it to fit your needs. Its so simple, a child could use it effectively with minimal training.

#### Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow

customization capabilities made it much easier to work with

#### Cons

What I like least has nothing to do with Recruiterflow. In general, learning a new CRM and its functionality can be challenging. Especially when you are accustomed to other platforms and are not technically as savvy as others.

#### Reasons for choosing Recruiterflow

More comprehensive and liked the reviews about their customer support

#### Cons

#### Reasons for choosing Recruiterflow

Fitted our needs better and it seemed more value for the money

#### Reasons for switching to Recruiterflow

RecruiterFlow offered industry standard features that the FileFinder and Talentis were way behind in developing. All for the right price.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Recruiterflow offers automation capabilities that save recruiters significant time and effort. Users can automate tasks such as sending follow-up emails, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate statuses. By automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, recruiters can focus on higher-value activities like candidate engagement, building relationships, and evaluating candidates, ultimately improving their overall efficiency. Having all candidate information in one place allows recruiters to access resumes, contact details, interview feedback, and communication history with ease. This centralized database eliminates the need for manual tracking and reduces the chances of missing important candidate details, resulting in more effective and efficient candidate management.

#### Cons

While Recruiterflow allows some level of customization, users might find certain limitations in tailoring the platform to their unique needs and workflows. Some users may have specific requirements or preferences that cannot be accommodated within the existing customization options, leading to compromises in their desired processes or workflows. Recruiterflow integrates with several third-party applications and platforms, but there may be limitations or gaps in terms of specific integrations that some users require. If a user heavily relies on certain tools or systems that do not seamlessly integrate with Recruiterflow, it could be a source of frustration and additional manual work.

Creating automations that help save huge amounts of admin time

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

We found Recruiterflow very easy to introduce to our team, and those that are not tech savvy have embraced it. We've been able to customise most of the automation we need to make our lives so much easier; and when the system doesn't do something we're able to speak to support/our account manager to work out a workaround and make suggestions for new features, several of which have been turned around quickly. We love the fact that the product is always improving as it helps us to improve our processes too.

#### Cons

We have found that the reporting doesn't quite bring up what we need in our business, so we've created some work arounds for this.

I am overall pretty happy with recruiterflow but I wish I could modify campaign statuses and existing profiles through the extension

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I like the fact that I can track jobs and candidates, the chatgpt addition for emails and job adverts, and all the automated processes that make the job easier.

#### Cons

You can't modify campaign status from the extension. For example, you can't stop a campaign or remove someone from it on the extension, you need to go to the profile page. When a profile already exists, you can't just update the existing profile on the extension (except occasionally if the email found is the same). You need to search for them on the web page and update them manually. You can't bulk unsubscribe people from a specific company. Sometimes the search bar doesn't immediately find people after inputting their phone number or email. Sometimes the chrome extension doesn't open. It can be difficult to track candidates on a job on one when it's in "list" mode, and to move from one candidate to the other, because the back and forth arrows are not available.
