RecruitmentWorx is a cloud-based applicant tracking and customer relationship management (CRM) system for small recruiting agencies. Functionality includes candidate matching, website and job board integration, resume (CV) parsing, built-in SMS text messaging and advanced reporting and analytics to help recruiters find the right candidates for their clients. Upload a resume (CV), and RecruitmentWorx will automatically create a profile of that candidate. These candidates can then be ranked automatically based on their suitability for a certain role or even their proximity to the job site.
