Reflection

Reflection is a new online tool that can be used to organise and conduct training aimed at interpersonal skills development. The users learn to communicate effectively by taking part in role-playing simulations that allow them to gain hands-on experience applicable to real-life situations. You get access to the admin panel, add scenarios for simulations, register participants and set deadlines for the training. Learners schedule their session themselves choosing the time that suits them best (within deadline).
