We have never developed an app before, and Relesys kind of assumed that we just knew what they were talking about, so it was a bit difficult to make decisions about the features, the design, layout, hierarchy etc. It would have been great if we could have had some more learning before the development phase. There are some features in the app that are missing, and the system is not as agile as we hoped. Knowledge sharing is easy. The support team is open-minded and helps us find solutions Relesys is constantly listening to our requests and develops all the time - thats great. #### Cons The implementation period was a bit rushed, and it would have been an advantage if we had more workshops in the process, to avoid making wrong decisions and rethinking afterward. The pricing for new features and development is too high compared to the rather fair price for development.
